We LOVE our Softub! Our family of four fits great in the 300 gallon. I am approaching age 50 and consider our Softub as preventative medicine for my aching body. We purchased our Softub at the Puyallup Spring Fair and had the best experience working with William! He is super knowledgeable and fun to chat with. We had been eyeing Softubs and decided that it was time to make it happen. Ship time was about 3 weeks but they kept in touch along the way with updates. Delivery was easy and fast. The driver helped us get our tub set up and went over some of the basics. Once the tub was up to temp (the tease of seeing it all pretty but not ready was tough haha) we took our first dip and instantly knew we made the right choice!
